BIM技术在联合工房设计及管网建设中的应用研究

摘要
为了提高卷烟联合工房的设计效率与建设质量,避免由于设计缺陷导致诸如管线碰撞、孔洞遗漏、预埋件错位等技术问题的出现,加强成本和工期控制,将具有深层次推理能力的平台级系统管理思路——BIM技术,运用到联合工房的整体设计与建设中。通过模型的构建、管网设计中的冲突检测与优化、工程量自动统计、虚拟漫游与参数查询、施工可视化模拟、运用4D模型的施工冲突分析与管理等手段指导工程实际建设,提高了工程建设质量、加快了工程建设进度、节约了工程投资,使工程技改项目管理由粗放型向集约型转变,助力烟草行业工程技改领域工业化与信息化加速融合。
