Cs在龙虾中的转运规律研究

摘要
进行了核设施排放核素Cs在龙虾不同部位生态转移的试验研究,为开展Cs对水生生态环境影响提供基础数据。选择典型淡水生态系统中龙虾作为研究对象,测量了生物学特征参数;采用投加稳定元素Cs的试验方法,研究龙虾对水体中Cs的浓集规律。试验结果表明:在龙虾84天的浓集试验过程中,Cs将转移到龙虾肉、壳中,龙虾不同部位对Cs吸收程度不同。龙虾肉、壳对Cs的浓集系数推荐值分别是25.2 L/kg、18.0 L/kg,Cs在龙虾不同部位的浓集系数顺序是肉>壳,龙虾肉对Cs的浓集系数明显偏高,Cs容易被龙虾肉吸收。
The transfer processes were carried out in different tissues of the lobster about Cs which was discharged by nuclear facilities.This study will provide basic data for environmental evaluation about aquatic ecology.The lobster was selected as the research object in freshwater ecosystem,The biology characteristic parameters were measured.Adding elements Cs,the distribution rule was researched in lobster-water system.The results show that through 84 days testing period,different tissues of lobster,such as meat and shell will accumulate element Cs undoubtedly.The different tissues of the lobster have different absorption ability about Cs.The Cs recommended concentration ratios for lobster meat and shell are 25.2 L/kg and 18.0 L/kg respectively.The sequence of Cs concentration ratios are meat>shell.Cs is easily accumulated in lobster meat.
