摘要
通过研究一种带有无机涂层的水口,该涂层可在浇钢过程中自动熔化为高致密性的液态玻璃层,将水口外壁孔洞裂缝进行密封,隔绝氧化气体进入,杜绝水口结瘤造成的堵塞。
Through the study of nozzle with a inorganic coating,the coating can be automatically in the process of casting steel melt into high density of liquid glass layer,the outer wall of nozzle hole sealing cracks,gas into isolated from oxidation,put an end to the gate of nodules due to congestion.
