摘要

通过对坍塌楼房的研究分析,发现"老旧"楼房其实并不老,频现坍塌事故有建房的历史背景、住户的粗暴使用和政府的监管缺失等原因。文章从目前的国力和低碳经济出发,给出了让"老旧"楼房安度晚年的建议,供参考。
Through examining incidents of building collapse,the study shows that many of them are results of buildings construction history,abusive use by tenants,and a lack of government oversight.The study provides advice regarding old building maintenance in a cost-effective manner in accordance with government's low-carbon policies.
