板料冲压工艺参数容差优化设计方法及应用

摘要
板料冲压成形过程中,工艺参数和材料参数存在不确定性,在满足成形质量的前提下,对工艺参数容差的合理分配能降低制造企业在大批量生产中对设计参数波动控制的难度,降低生产成本。鉴于此,本文提出了基于冲压工艺参数的容差优化设计方法,该方法通过冲压因素敏感分析筛选出噪声因素和设计变量,在构建冲压评价指标与设计变量和噪声因素的响应面模型的基础上,利用泰勒级数展开法计算得到评价指标均值和方差的第二重响应面模型,在此基础上,以工艺参数正态分布的方差为优化目标,结合质量工程学中的6σ理念,构建了冲压工艺参数容差多目标优化模型。具体算例的研究分析验证了该方法的可行性。
Process parameters and material properties parameters have certain fluctuation during the process of sheet metal forming.Under the premise of forming quality to meet,the reasonable allocation of tolerance design parameters can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing enterprises in mass production design parameter fluctuation control,reduce production costs.In view of this,we propose a method for optimizing the design tolerances based stamping process parameters,filter out the noise factor and the design variables by stamping factor sensitivity analysis,use the Taylor series expansion method calculated the response surface model of the mean and variance on the basis of the response surface model of stamping quality evaluation function,the response surface model and 6σ-concept technique is combined with multi-objective genetic optimization algorithm thereby constituting a multi-objective tolerance optimization design method based on the product quality engineering.A specific example verify the method.
