食源性致病微生物的快速检测方法分析

摘要
在经济和文化快速发展的今天,越来越多的人意识到身体健康的重要性,食品安全是人类健康的重要基础和保障,所以,由食源性致病微生物引发的食品安全问题受到社会的普遍关注。本文通过分析几种不同快速检测方法,阐述了各个检测方法的优缺点,以供参考,希望通过本文的介绍和剖析,能够进一步提升食源性致病微生物的检测效率和质量,保证食品安全。
with the rapid development of economy and culture today, more and more people realize the importance of good health, food safety is an important foundation and safeguard humanhealth, so that food safety problems caused by food borne pathogenic microorganisms has been widespread concern in society. In this paper, through the analysis of different kinds of rapid detection ways, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of various detection ways, for reference, hope that through the introduction and analysis, to further improve the detection efficiency and the quality of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms, to ensure food safety.
