通过振荡混合一步法制备的Janus乳液的聚集合

摘要
把两种互不相溶的油,硅油(0.964 g/cm2)和饱和了邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的葵花籽油(0.991 g/cm3)通过振荡混合作为乳液的分散相,十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液作为连续相。通过乳液的分层及显微镜照片来追踪Janus乳液的不稳定性,而这主要是由破乳和聚集合并两方面导致的。
Janus emulsions are prepared by one-step vibrational mixing two immiscible oils,silicone oil SO with density of 0.964 g/cm2 and sunflower oil saturated with dimethyl phthalate VO(DMP) with density of 0.991 g/cm3,with aqueous solution of sodium dodecyl sulfate as continuous phase.The destabilization of Janus emulsion is followed by the change of layer dimension as well as the microscope image,regarding to two main aspects of creaming and coalescence.Meanwhile,numerical analysis is performed on a model emulsion with realistic interfacial tension values to illustrate the thermodynamic of the destabilization process.
