摘要

铁水罐在线脱硫技术属于铁水预处理技术领域,其特征在于:脱硫预处理设施设在炼钢车间的铁水倒罐站内,对采用铁水罐车运输的铁水,在铁水倒罐站对铁水罐中即将兑入转炉的铁水进行脱硫预处理。此项技术实施的关键在于选择合适的工艺路线和合理的工艺布置,其优点在于:工艺路线紧凑、缩短处理周期、节约设备投资、烟尘易于集中处理。
The technique of hot metal ladle desulphurization on-line in hot metal ladle belongs to the technical field of hot metal pretreatment.It is characterized in that:the desulphurization pretreatment equipment located in transit station of steel works,witch on the railway line of molten iron transportation.To the hot metal transport by molten iron,which is soon be prepared added into the converter,carry on desulphurization processing on the transit station.Key to the implementation of this technology is to choose proper production process and reasonable layout.The technique has the advantages of compact process,shorten the treatment period,saving investment of equipment,smoke tend to focus on.
