低剖面宽带波导和差网络设计

摘要
本文提出了一种宽带低剖面的平面型波导和差网络,采用平面型波导魔T和90°正交网络级联的方式,实现了四路信号合成一路差和一路和。通过电场分析和HFSS仿真,文中给出了一个设计实例,该波导和差网络在22%的带宽范围内实现了良好的端口匹配和功率分配,其中,各端口驻波小于1.4,分支端口间以及和、差端口间的隔离高于20d B。
In this paper, a novel low-profile waveguide sum-and-difference network with a broad bandwidth, which is composed of four planar waveguide magic T and one 90°hybrid network, is presented. Further, the waveguide sum-and-difference network which exhibits a large bandwidth of 22% is designed, explained by theoretical electric-field analysis and validated by HFSS simulation. The power dividing is realized with VSWR less than 1.4, while isolation over 20 d B is achieved between the branch ports and between the sum and difference ports.
