节点干式连接装配式剪力墙结构的研究

摘要
节点干式连接装配式剪力墙结构主要面向于全装配式低层农居房屋,是一种质量易于控制的、契合工业化建筑理念的,极具市场竞争力的绿色住宅结构体系。干式节点的核心思想为尽量减少甚至消除施工现场的二次浇注过程,从而相比于节点湿式连接装配式结构体系具有施工速度更快、环境污染更少、现场操作更方便等优点。文中提出了焊接连接和螺栓连接两种干式节点形式,并通过10个竖向节点试件的单调拟静力试验和4个水平节点试件的低周往复试验系统地分析了此类节点的受力性能、变形能力等性能。试件破坏均始于节点区混凝土出现裂缝并向周围延伸,终于螺栓、锚筋和钢板的剪坏。试验表明,此类节点承载能力较好、具有良好的耗能能力,可以用于低层农居房屋结构;为此种结构形式的进一步深入与推广提供了可靠的科学依据。
Precast shear wall connected by dry connections is mainly used in fully assembled lower rural residential buildings because of the high quality control and,consequently,fit the concept of industrialization,it is an eco-friendly structural system with highly maket competitiveness.The core idea of the dry connections is to minimize or even eliminate the second-time placing so that compares to wet connections it is faster in construction,less pollution in environment and more convenient in site operation.There are totally 10 vertical joint specimens and 4 horizontal joint specimens,Their mechanical behaviors and deformation capacity were under systematic analysis through spcimens trials in welded and bolted connections.The connections turned out to be relatively high carrying capacity and have a very good energy dissipation capacity so that it provides a reliable scientific basis for further study and application.
