钢铁工件涂装前处理工序间暂时防锈技术

摘要
根据国家标准GB 6807钢铁工件涂装前磷化处理技术条件,磷化与涂装间隔要求一般不超过16 h。实际间歇式生产中,要求钢铁工件涂装前处理后,在温度≥35℃,相对湿度RH≥85%的工况条件下,工序间暂时防锈≥72 h不得有被污染或返锈现象,否则会影响涂层质量。本工作采用硅烷处理与气相缓蚀剂复合后的转化膜,不仅可以替代钢铁工件涂装前磷化处理,而且满足了工序间的工况条件下的防锈时间≥72 h。用金属表面清洁度仪测试,钢铁工件经复合膜处理后自然晾干,清洁度≤65%,存放工序时间≥72 h粉末涂装后可以通过中性盐雾试验≥500 h,满足了钢铁工件涂装间歇生产的工序间防锈涂装的技术要求。
According to GB6807 requirements,the storage interval of phosphating treated steel workpieces should less than 16 h,when actual intermittent production is considered,the coating performance can be maintained in case of no trace of rust or contamination would occur to the pretreated workpieces during the storage at a temperature above35 ℃,relative humidity ≥85%in 72 h.In this paper,the composite treatment for temporary rust resistance of silane/volatile corrosion inhibitor(Silane/VCI) is introduced.The testing results indicated that the interprocess rust resistance of Silane/VCI treatment can achieve up to 72 h.The surface cleanness of Silane/VCI coating on metal is measured to be at 65%,the nurtural salt spray test of samples after 72 h humid heat test,can reach up to 500 h,which shows that Silane/VCI treatment can be used as phosphating replacement.
