一种水性聚氨酯防锈成膜剂

摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇以及二羟甲基丙酸等为原料,设计合成了一种水性聚氨酯作为成膜剂,以自制防锈剂GYP 011为防锈剂进行复配,通过成膜性筛选,优化试验配方。通过失重法试验、室内暴露试验、封存试验等方法考察了复配防锈剂的防锈性能。结果表明,该水性聚氨酯复合防锈液具有良好的成膜性和防锈性,对钢的防锈能力可达室内大气暴露3个月以上,聚乙烯膜封存后可防锈1年以上。
The waterborne polyurethane was polymerized by using toluene diisocyanate,polyether polyols and dimethylol propionic acid as raw materials,compound with self-made anti-rust agent GYP 011 formation of composite antirust liquid through compatibility test screening.we evaluates the corrosion and rust resistance of composite antirust liquid by weight loss method,indoor exposure test and seal test.The experimental results indicate that composite antirust liquid has good film-forming property and rust resistance,anti-rust capacity can reach to indoor exposure for 3 months,polyethylene film seal more than one year for steel.
