某车型后背门凹坑问题的分析及改进

摘要
本文针对某车型后背门凹坑问题展开研究,建立后背门总成有限元分析模型。利用HYPERMESH有限元软件进行局部约束条件下三维瞬态的应力场模拟,确定问题工况。结果表明,后背门外板左右两侧出现应力集中,且左侧比右侧严重。针对此问题,提出多种方案并逐一对比论证,确定最佳方案,经试验验证,问题消除。
The question in the pits of the tailgate was studied.The numerical model of tailgate assembly was set up.The simulation of transient stress field was carried out with HYPERMESH using the local constraints of 3D software element.Determine the working condition of problem.The simulation results indicate that the left and right sides appear stress concentration,and the left side is worse than the right.The solution of this problem was proposed.By opening and closing endurance test,the problem was eliminated.
