摘要
创业可提高一个国家的经济效益,其有利于带来市场创新、增加就业机会和维持就业水平。实际上,在我国提倡大学生创业的今天,对于如何提高大学生创业意向的问题已经引起了研究者的广泛关注。已有研究表明社会支持、心理资本和创业态度是影响大学生创业意向的重要前因变量,但是尚未有任何研究将四者之间的关系纳入同一机制中进行研究。本研究以448名大学生为被试,运用《领悟社会支持量表》、《积极心理资本问卷》、《创业态度量表》和《创业意向量表》进行测量研究,旨在探讨大学生社会支持与创业意向的关系,以及心理资本和创业态度在此关系中的链式中介作用机制。研究采用偏差校正的百分位Bootstrap方法进行链式多重中介分析。研究结果显示:(1)社会支持与创业意向呈显著正相关,社会支持水平的提高将有助于大学生创业意向的塑造与强化;(2)社会支持、心理资本、创业态度和创业意向两两变量间呈显著正相关,表明社会支持、心理资本和创业态度均能正向预测大学生创业意向水平;(3)心理资本和创业态度在社会支持与创业意向的关系中起显著的链式中介作用,即社会支持不仅能直接影响创业意向外,还可以通过改变大学生心理资本和创业态度而间接影响其创业意向的形成与发展。链式多重中介效应表明,社会支持可减轻个体心理焦虑,直接影响积极的心理结果,激发和促进个体整体心理潜能,而丰富的心理资源使个体拥有较高成就动机和风险承担态度,对创业前景抱有更主动的态度,进而强化了大学生创业意向。本研究对提升大学生创业意向具有一定的启示作用,高校可为大学生提供充足的社会支持,增加大学生的心理资本,提高学生的创业率。
Entrepreneurship boosts a nation's economics, which brings market innovation, increases employment opportunities and maintains employment level. In fact, the problem about how to improve college students' entrepreneurial intention has raised public attention for several years when encouraging students to start a business became popular. Some empirical studies have mentioned that entrepreneurial intention was relevant to social support, psychological capital and entrepreneurial attitude respectively. However, there is no existing study contains these four variables into a single machanism. In order to explore the relationship between social support and entrepreneurialintention and the chain mediating effect of psychological capital and entrepreneurial attitude, 448 undergraduates of grade one to four completed the Perceived Social Support Scale(SPSS), Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ), Entrepreneurial Attitude Scale and Entrepreneurial Intention Scale. The results showed that: 1, social support was significantly correlated with entrepreneurial intention, which meant that students' entrepreneurial intention could be improved by increasing the level of social support; 2, social support, psychological capital, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention were significantly positively associated with each other, which pointed out that social support, psychological capital and entrepreneurial attitude could forecast a student's entrepreneurial intention; 3.psychological capital and entrepreneurial attitude raised multiple medicating effect on the relationship between social support and entrepreneurial intention, which illustrated that social support could influence entrepreneurial intention through psychological capital and entrepreneurial attitude. Furthermore, the multiple mediationmodel explained that social support can ease individual anxiety, increase positive psychological resource and cultivate optimistic attitude toward entrepreneurship, which strengthens college students' entrepreneurial intention. This study has potential inspiration on improving entrepreneurial intention of college students. Sufficient social support can be provided for students in universities to increase their psychological capital, therefore, the entrepreneurial rate of college students rises.
