摘要
Haynes 282合金是一种新开发的时效强化型燃烧室合金,其设计思路是在保持一定数量的弥散强化相γ′相的基础上,通过调整Co、Mo、Ti和C元素,控制γ′相的组成、结构和析出速率,使合金在650~950℃范围内保持了优异的高温强度和热稳定性,同时对焊接和冷加工性能进行了很好的平衡和优化。该合金综合性能优异,是650~950℃范围内一种非常有应用前景的燃烧室合金。
Haynes 282 alloy is a newly developed aging strengthened superalloy used for combustion chamber.Its design is,based on a certain number of gamma-prime(γ'),by adjusting the Ti,Co,Mo and C elements to control the composition,structure and precipitation rate of γ' phase.The alloy has excellent strength and the thermal stability at 650 ~ 950 ℃range.It's welding and cold working properties were well balanced and optimized at the same time.This alloy with excellent comprehensive performance is a very promising combustion chamber alloy during temperature range of 650 ~ 950℃.
