三维有序大孔(3DOM)金属氧化物材料的制备及表征

摘要
三维有序大孔材料具有孔径均一、排列有序和孔间贯通的独特结构,近年引起广泛关注。通过无皂乳液聚合法合成单分散微球并组装成胶晶模板,以金属醇盐为前驱体,制备了三维有序大孔金属氧化物:SiO_2,Al_2O_3,NiO,TiO_2,Co_3O_4,CuO以及NiO/SiO_2,Co_3O_4/SiO_2,CuO/SiO_2,Al_2O_3/TiO_2,ZnO/TiO_2。通过SEM观察,材料中大孔有序排列,大孔间由小孔相连,形成三维规则的笼状网络结构.大孔孔径与胶晶模板微球相比,孔径有一定程度的收缩。XRD和TEM测试表明,大孔孔壁由具有纳米尺寸的金属氧化物粒子组成。实验表明,金属氧化物与SiO_2复合,纳米SiO_2粒子镶嵌在3DOM骨架结构中不易脱落,增强结构稳定性。
Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) microspheres were synthesized using an emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization method.Using metal alkoxide as precursors,a series of three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) materials,such as:SiO_2,Al_2O_3,NiO,TiO_2,Co_3O_4,CuO,and NiO/SiO_2,Co_3O_4/SiO_2.CuO/SiO_2,Al_2O_3/TiO_2,ZnO/TiO_2 have been successfully fabricated,SEM observation indicates that in the materials the macropores are arrayed highly periodically and connected each other by small windows,and the walls consisted of nanoparticles.The results indicate that metal oxides and silica composites displayed well ability in strength the structure stability.
