氧化石墨烯金属氧化物复合材料的制备及光催化性能的研究

摘要
随着纺织工业的发展,高酸性染料废水的排放对环境造成了严重的影响。氧化石墨烯作为石墨烯的一种衍生物,其表面含有大量的含氧基团,其中酚羟基和羧基易电离使石墨烯具有负电性。研究发现,金属氧化物与氧化石墨烯可以更好地结合并且具有良好的催化性能。为此,我们通过常温搅拌的一步合成方法制备金属氧化物-氧化石墨烯复合材料,用不同酸类型染料溶液来模拟实际高酸性染料废水考察其光催化性能研究。结果表明,高酸性染料废水在紫外光照射20min时,脱色率可以达到92%(Fig.1)。
With the development of the textile industry,highly acidic dye wastewater emissions have a serious impact on environment.Graphene oxide as a derivative of graphene,its surface contains a large amount of oxygen-containing groups,wherein the phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl groups make graphene oxide easy ionization after which having negatively charged.The investigations have showed that metal oxides and graphene oxide can be better integrated and have good catalytic performance.Hence,one-step synthesis method by stirring at room temperature for preparing metal oxide-graphene oxide composites,and investigate its photocatalytic properties of different types of acid dyes solution to simulate the actual highly acidic dye wastewater.The results showed that high acid dye wastewater 20 min UV irradiation,the decolorization rate can reach to about 92%.
