马铃薯StCOL基因启动子的克隆及序列分析

摘要
为了更好地了解StCOL基因的表达调控方式,利用技术,从马铃薯(Solanum tuberosumL.)基因组中克隆了约900bp的StCOL基因的启动子序列。序列分析显示,该启动子中存在多个光调节元件及非生物胁迫反应元件,如GATA-box、I-box、MYC识别位点和MYB结合位点等。
