妇科炎症感染中几种微生物检验方法的效果评价

摘要
目的:探讨妇科炎症中几种微生物检验方法的临床效果及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的阴道炎症感染患者40例为研究对象,分别行凝集法、培养法检测阴道内念珠菌阳性,统计比较两种方法的阳性率。结果:凝集法检测出阳性患者32例,检测阳性率80.0%(32/40);培养法检测阳性75.0%(30/40),两种方法检测阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:在妇科炎症临床检验中,凝集法、培养法均属于理想的检验方法,检测阳性率高,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
objective: to study the clinical effect of test approach of several kinds of microbe in the inflammation of department of gynaecology and application value. Methods: a retrospectiveanalysis from January 2014 to December 2014, our hospital of 40 patients with vagina inflammation as the research object, agglutination approach, culture approach determined respectively in the vaginacandida positive, compare the positive rate of two approachs of statistics. Results: 32 patients with agglutination approach to detect the positive, the detection positive rate 80.0%(32/40); The positiveculture approach is 75.0%(30/40), two approachs of detecting rate of no significant difference(P > 0.05), no statistical significance. Conclusions: in clinical inspection of department of gynaecologyinflammation, agglutination approach, culture approach are ideal testing approach, testing positive rate is high, is worth further popularization and application in clinic.
