尼罗罗非鱼选育三代耐盐碱及生长性能研究

摘要
为评估选育三代的盐碱耐受性能和生长性能,将体重1g左右的选育三代鱼苗与对照组(非选育群体)放入淡水水箱(0.6m×0.4m×0.5m)中,盐、碱度从始浓度0开始,每天提高8 g/L、2 g/L,直至全部死亡为止,进行慢性致死试验;同时在养殖车间水泥池(6.0m×5.0m×1.6m)中,设置淡水组、盐度组(10 g/L)、盐碱混合组(10,2)g/L、(10,4)g/L和(10,6)g/L(分别用S0A0、S10A0、S10A2、S10A4和S10A6表示),比较研究了选育三代鱼种在不同盐碱环境中的生长特性。慢性致死试验结果表明,选育三代与对照组的半致死盐度分别为39.63±2.12g/L、31.42±2.42 g/L,半致死碱度分别为13.94±0.25 g/L、11.26±0.15g/L。60d的生长结果表明,除S10A0的选育三代的日均增重高于S0A0,而在S10A0、S10A2、S10A4、S10A6组中,随着碱浓度的增加,选育三代与对照组日均增重率均呈下降趋势,选育三代日均增重率均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。本试验结果证明,选育后代的盐碱耐受性能和盐碱环境下的生长性能均有明显提高。
In order to assess salinity-alkalinity tolerance and growth performance of the 3rd selected generation of Oreochromis niloticus, chronic salinity-alkalinity lethal test was carried out for the 3rd selected generation of fingerling Oreochromis niloticus with body weight of 1 g and the control group in tanks of 0.6m× 0.4m × 0.5m with elevated salinity from 0 to the lethal salinity in an daily increasing 8g/L salinity and 2g/L alkalinity. And 60 days growth trail were carried out cement tanks of each 6.0 m×5.0 m×1.6 m in 3rd selected generation and the control group reared in fresh water(S0A0 group), salinity group(10 g/L, S10A0 group) and different salinity-alkalinity waters(10, 2) g/L, S10A2 group;(10, 4) g/L, S10A4 group; and(10,6) g/L,S10A6 group. It was found that the median lethal salinity was 39.63±2.12 g/L in the third selected generation, and 31.42±2.42g/L in the control group, and that the median lethal alkalinity was13.94±0.25g/L in the third selected generation group and 11.26±0.15g/L in the control group.
