功能碳材料的设计与合成及其在染料敏化太阳能电池的应用

摘要
染料敏化太阳能电池(Dye-sensitized Solar Cells,DSSCs)作为一种新型的太阳能利用方式,具有制备工艺简单、效率高及稳定性好等特点,在国内外收到广泛关注。对电极是DSSCs的重要组成部分,其作用主要是收集外电路电子及催化还原I_3~-。贵金属Pt是经典的对电极催化材料,它具有良好的导电性和较高的还原I_3~-的催化性能,但Pt价格昂贵且储量稀少,且在长期使用中易被电解液腐蚀。因此,有必要创制廉价且性能稳定高效的Pt替代材料。我们团队致力于研究高性能DSSCs碳基对电极催化剂材料,本报告将介绍数种纳米碳材料的合成,功能化方法及其作为DSSCs对电极材料的性能,包括:硼掺杂石墨烯材料(BG);基于离子液体(1-胺丙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐)制备的硼、氮共掺杂石墨烯材料(B,N-G),B,N-G作为DSSCs对电极材料时,表现出远优于Pt的催化性能;经1200 oC热处理得到的B,N-G材料,其光电转换效率可以达到8.08%;基于多壁纳米碳管的选择氧化和氮掺杂技术,合成氮掺杂纳米碳管-石墨烯纳米带等。报告将着重阐述碳基对电极催化剂的构效关系及调控方法。
