薄板坯连铸连轧产线无取向硅钢W600浇铸过程水口结瘤问题研究

摘要
通过武钢CSP产线BOF-LF-RH-CSP工艺流程生产无取向硅钢W600(低碳高铝钢,ω[Al]=0.20%~0.45%)水口结瘤的现象进行研究,指出造成水口结瘤的重要原因在于钙处理工艺不当使钢中生成大量CaS和Al_2O_3类的复合夹杂物。通过钙处理工艺优化后,使得无取向硅钢W600的连浇炉数由原来的3~5炉迅速提高到12炉及以上水平,基本解决了CSP产线无取向硅钢W600钢水可浇性差的技术难题。
The phenomenon that one CSP factory casted the low-carb and high-Al steels with the Clogging of Submergedentry Nozzles was studied.The samples from the clogging contained a lot of CaS.Ca treatment and the unstable superheat were the major reason about the clogging.After using the improvement measures,the amount of continuous casting changes has increased from 3 ~ 5 to 12 and above,productivity was Greatly improved.
