某车型进气系统声学性能开发

摘要
本文以仿真分析为主导完成了某车型进气系统声学性能开发。在开发过程中,首先优化了空滤器的传递损失特性,而后以进气口声压级为目标完成了谐振腔的参数匹配,开发出了满足声学性能目标的进气系统,最后,通过进气系统整车试验对开发成果进行了验证。试验结果表明,新开发的进气系统管口声压级改善趋势与仿真预测一致,从而达到了利用仿真方法改善该车型整车NVH性能的目的。
In this paper,acoustics simulation has been utilized for the development of acoustic performance of an intake system.The simulation model of the air box is set up firstly,and then,the associated transmission loss of the model is optimized using 1- D simulation.The parameters of resonator are matched according to the preset aiming of sound pressure level of the intake orifice.Finally,the acoustic performance of the intake system is verified by a vehicle test,and well agreements are shown.
