过碳酸钠消毒体系中活化剂的选择

摘要
固体双氧水过碳酸钠(SPC)与各种活化剂在水溶液中可以直接生成过氧酸,该溶液体系对毒剂芥子气(HD)具有良好的消毒性能。依据分子结构选择五类12种活化剂,利用原位氧化还原电位法(Fig.1)和液滴消毒反应性能评价方法,筛选出一种高效的SPC/TAED消毒剂配方。该消毒体系活性氧与HD摩尔比不低于2,即可满足30 min消毒率大于99%。利用GC/MS、LC/MS和IC等仪器分析方法,检测HD的降解产物,说明其反应途径主要包括S、C原子的氧化反应、β-C原子的亲核取代反应和消去HCl反应。
The reaction of sodium percarbonate(SPC) and some activators can produce the certain peroxyl acid in water. And HD as a chemical warfare agent was well degradated in the above decontamination solution. On the basis of chemical structure, travel kinds of activators in five families of compounds had been chosen and studied in the paper. A redox-potential method and a liquid-liquid decontamination evaluation method were established and used to evaluating the ability of activator. At last, a high performance peroxyl acid formula with binary solid components was optimized. To achieve a high degradation ratio(>99%) of the HD in 30 min, the molar ratio [O]/[HD] should be more than 2. The decontamination of HD undergone the oxidation of S and C atoms, eliminating HCl, and the nucleophilic substitution reaction of β-C atom.
