复合式静电过滤器净化效率实验研究

摘要
静电除尘与纤维过滤复合具有低压降、高效率的优点,本文搭建了电除尘和纤维滤料串联复合式新系统,研究了复合式静电过滤系统的除尘效率。实验结果显示,复合系统中的滤料对于整体伏安特性的影响可以忽略;将电除尘和空气滤料串联组合可以达到较高的过滤效率,整体过滤效率比单独任何一个过滤元件都大;由于离子风和带电颗粒的作用,位于静电除尘器下游PE滤料的过滤效率有大幅度提高。同单独的PE滤料相比效率其提高50%左右,同时不增加空气压降。因此,在设计复合式静电过滤系统时要考虑离子风和荷电颗粒对于PE滤料效率提升的影响,传统的设计思路将会低估复合静电过滤系统的表现。
The hybrid electrostatic filtration system has lower pressure drop and higher collection efficiency than the conventional system.This paper set up an experimental system of the hybrid electrostatic filtration system combing electrostatic precipitator and PE filter medium and investigated the particle removal efficiency characteristics.The results show that the system’s V-I characteristics are mainly decided by the electrostatic part.The presence of the filter installed downstream of the Esp do not influence the total V-I characteristics.The combination of the Esp and PE medium could have high filtration efficiency,and the total efficiency is higher than individual Esp or PE filter.Due to the effect of the ion wind the charged particle generated by the Esp,the filtration efficiency of PE medium is improved obviously when the Esp is turned on.The efficiency could increase by 50%compared to the case when the Esp is turn off,and the pressure drop do not increase.Therefore,the influence of ion wind and charged particle on the filtration process of PE medium should be considered when designing the hybrid electrostatic filtration system.The traditional method ignoring this mechanism would under-estimate the performance of the hybrid system.
