铁酸钴-二氧化铈复合纳米纤维的制备及其类过氧化物酶催化性质的研究

摘要
静电纺丝是一种简单、快捷、有效地制备纳米纤维的技术,静电纺纳米纤维可用于催化、吸附、生物医药等领域~([1,2])。CeO_2是一种很重要的稀土金属氧化物,由于易通过Ce~(4+)→Ce~(3+)的还原反应形成Ce~(3+)中心和具有催化活性的氧空位,所以它自身可以被用作有效的催化剂材料~([3])。基于纳米材料的人造模拟酶由于其高催化活性,易制备以及优异的稳定性等特性,吸引了大家越来越多的关注~([4,5])。本文中,我们拟通过静电纺丝的方法将CeO_2与CoFe_2O_4组分混合,结合CeO_2的催化活性以及纳米纤维的特性,期待CoFe_2O_4/CeO_2复合纳米纤维具有较优异的类过氧化物酶催化性质。此外,由于CoFe_2O_4纳米纤维具有磁性,该催化剂可以通过磁铁回收,循环利用。
Electrospinning is a facile and effective technique to prepare nanofibers and the electrospun nanofibers have shown broad applications in catalysis,adsorption,biomedicine and other fields.CeO_2 is one type of significant rare-earth metal oxides,due to easy formation of Ce~(3+) as well as oxygen vacancies which possess catalytic activity through a reduction reaction performed as Ce~(3+)→Ce~(3+),CeO_2 has been served as an effective catalyst itself.Artificial enzyme mimics which based on nanomaterials have drawn increasing attention because of their amazing catalytic property,easily preparation as well as good stability.In this work,we have combined CeO_2 component into CoFe_2O_4nanofibers via a simple electrospinning method,introducing the catalytic activity of CeO_2 into the composite nanofibers.The as-perpared CoFe_2O_4/CeO_2 composite nanofibers possess good peroxidase-like catalytic properties.In addition,the obtained CoFe_2O_4/CeO_2 composite nanofibers might exhibit good recyclability owing to the magnetic property of CoFe_2O_4 nanofibers.
