花纹块刚度对轮胎刚度影响分析

摘要
本文首先根据边界条件采用铁木辛柯梁模型计算花纹刚度,并提出了采用三角离散计算不规则截面花纹块刚度的方法;使用有限元方法分析验证了提出的理论方法的有效性。然后建立了三维花纹轮胎有限元模型,计算标准工况下接地区域内的胎面花纹块整体刚度;通过研究轮胎的径向、侧向和纵向刚度,得到不同胎面花纹块刚度对于轮胎力学性能的影响规律。
This paper started at computing the stiffness by using the Timoshenko beam theory according to the boundary conditions.Then the discrete triangle method was used to compute the block stiffness with complex cross-section.The theory was validated by the finite element method.And the three-dimensional patterned tire model was established and the overall tread block stiffness was computed by using the finite element method.At last,the mechanical response of the tire was investigated by analyzing the radial stiffness,horizongtal stiffness and lateral stiffness of tread pattern block.
