经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折对患椎邻近椎体退变及骨折发生率的影响

摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折对患者邻近椎体退变级骨折发生率影响。方法选取2013年8月~2015年12月我院收治骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者86例为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法分为研究组(经皮椎体成形术,50例)和对照组(保守治疗,36例),比较两组患者疗效及伤椎前缘高度、后凸Cobb角。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%高于对照组77.78%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后伤椎前缘高度大于对照组,后凸Cobb角小于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折可有效提高患者临床疗效,预防骨折再发生。
Objective Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures adjacent vertebral fracture incidence level degeneration patients affected. Method Select August 2013 ~ December 2015 in our hospital osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were 86 cases for the study, patients treated according to the approach divided into study group(percutaneous vertebroplasty, 50 cases) and control group(conservative treatment, 36 cases), two groups were compared the efficacy and the leading edge of vertebral height, Cobb's angle. ResultPatients in the observation group total effective rate was 96.00% higher than 77.78%, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After the observation group patients vertebral anterior heightthan the control group, Cobb's angle is less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty for treatment of osteoporotic vertebralcompression fractures can effectively improve clinical outcomes in patients, prevention of fractures happen again.
