灵芝的超临界萃取物让皮肤的遗传因子情报发现达到正常化

摘要
皮肤的遗传因子情报发现,是通过记录于DNA的遗传因子情报向mRNA转录来进行的,对皮肤的机能维持起着重要的作用。在DNA上存在着遗传因子改变可能的转座子。另外,由DNA向mRNA的转录需要转录因子。因此,转座子和转录因子的变化,对于遗传因子情报发现,以及皮肤的机能都有影响。此次对于通过遗传因子情报发现过程的新的皮肤老化原理,以及自古就被认为是抗老化药材的灵芝超临界萃取物的效果,进行了研究讨论。如果对皮肤纤维芽细胞进行UVB照射,就会发现转座子的其中一种LINE1mRNA的增加,转录因子FOXO1mRNA的减少。这两种变化都会引起胶原蛋白的合成量减少。另一方面,灵芝超临界萃取物能够抑制LINE1mRNA和FOXO1mRNA的变化,恢复胶原蛋白的生成。由此可知,遗传因子情报发现的异常,是皮肤老化的原因之一,灵芝超临界萃取物,能够使皮肤的遗传因子情报发现过程达到正常化,并使皮肤保持年轻。
The genetic information expression of skin which progresses through the transcription of genetic information recorded on DNA to mRNA,plays an important role for the maintenance of skin function.There are fransposons on the DNA,which have a potential for genetic alteration.Also,transcription factors are necessary for transcription from DNA to mRNA.Therefore changes of fransposons and transcription factors have an influence on genetic information expression of skin and also the skin function.In this study,we investigated the new skin aging mechanism focused on the genetic information expression process,and effects of Reishi which was well-known as a traditional crude drug for anti-aging.In UVB-irradiated fibroblasts,mRNA level of LINE1,a kind of transposons,increased,and the level of FOXO1,a transcription factor,decreased.Both changes were followed by the reduction of collagen production.On the other hand,Reishi supercritical fluid extracts inhibited mRNA level change of LINE1 and FOXO1,and improved collagen production.These results demonstrate that Reishi supercritical fluid extracts might normalize the genetic information expression process and maintain youthful skin.
