亲水聚醚在聚氨酯灌浆材料中的应用研究

摘要
以的几种不同分子量的亲水聚醚为原料合成聚氨酯灌浆预聚体并配置成单组分灌浆料,考察了预聚体反应温度、亲水聚醚分子量、异氰酸酯种类等对灌浆材料水溶性、黏度以及发泡活性的影响。筛选出了合适的异氰酸酯种类和有机硅表面活性剂。结果表明:采用MMC催化体系可以制备出质量稳定、相对分子质量分布宽度小于1.1的亲水聚醚;亲水聚醚与异氰酸酯在60℃反应制备的灌浆预聚体黏度最低;使用4000、5000分子量的亲水聚醚制得的亲水灌浆预聚体遇水自分散;在选用合适有机硅表面活性剂时,其用量对亲水灌浆预聚体发泡活性无影响,但对泡孔规整性有较大影响。使用自制的亲水聚醚制备的灌浆料经过红外谱图分析和发泡评价,其泡沫性能与目标产品非常接近,但发泡速度快于目标产品,浆液黏度稍高。
Hydrophilic polyurethane grouting prepolymers were prepared using a series of different molecule weight polyether polyols.The reaction temperature,the molecular weight of hydrophilic polyether polyol,and different kind of diisocyanate were studied to know the effect toward to the prepolymers' viscosity,solubility in water and their foaming activity.The results show that:the quality of polyether polyols using MMC catalyst is controllable and the polydispersity index is within 1.1.The grouting slurry automatic scattered in water using 4000 and 5000 molecular weight of hydrophilic polyether polyols.When choosing suitable silicone surfactant,the amount of the silicone had no effect to the foam activity,but has a great influence on the regularity of the bubble hole.Using selfmade preparation of hydrophilic polyether grouting material through infrared spectra analysis and evaluation of foam,the foam properties and the target product is very close,but foam faster than the target product,and the grouting slurry viscosity is a bit high.
