氮磷结构型阻燃聚醚多元醇的制备及其在慢回弹泡沫的应用

摘要
聚氨酯材料在空气中易燃,普通软质泡沫塑料的氧指数仅为17,并且燃烧时产生大量的烟尘和有毒气体。因此,聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料阻燃技术受到了国内外普遍的重视。慢回弹聚醚是多种宽相对分子质量分布的聚醚混合物,但此类聚醚在使用添加型阻燃剂后,其慢回弹效果明显变差,同时阻燃剂很难均匀分散在体系中,影响客户的使用。本研究主要合成一种三聚氰胺和亚磷酸二酯改性的氮磷结构型阻燃聚醚多元醇,具有黏度低、流动性好以及粒径小等特点,并将其应用于生产慢回弹聚氨酯泡沫,采用典型慢回弹发泡配方进行了发泡应用试验,该泡沫具有较好的物理机械性能,同时阻燃性能优异。
Polyurethane is a type of easily flammable material in air.The oxygen index of general soft foam is about17.A lot of smoke and toxic gases are produced during combustion.Therefore,the flame-retarding technology of soft polyurethane foam has received more attention.The viscoelastic polyols are the mixtures of polyether polyols with wide molecular weight.The viscoelastic effect reduced significantly after the flame retardants were added in.The flame retardants are very difficult to be homogeneously dispersed in such system,and the application of customer was affected.A kind of structural flame-retarding polyether polyol which was modified with melamine and diiethyl phosphate was prepared.The polyol had the characteristics of low viscosity,good fluidity and little particle size.The polyol was applied in the production of viscoelastic polyurethane foam with classical formulation.The foam exhibited good physical and mechanical properties as well as excellent flame-retarding performance.
