摘要
隧道内车辆火灾事故具有蔓延迅速,不易控制,危险性大,处置困难等特点,火灾一旦发生,无论内部人员避难或外部进入抢救均十分困难,严重时会造成大量的人员伤亡和财产损失,是隧道运营安全管理的最大危害。本文使用事故树分析法对公路隧道火灾成因进行分析,并统计分析了我国90多起公路隧道火灾事故,针对隧道内车辆火灾事故的研究成果对隧道运营安全管理具有重要意义。
Vehicle fire inside the tunnel is spread quickly,and not easy to be controlled.In the event of fire,it is difficult to take refuge for personnel in the tunnel and to enter into the tunnel for external rescue team.In severe cases it can cause a lot of casualties and property losses,so it is the greatest danger for tunnel operation safety management.In this paper,the fault tree analysis is adopted for the causes of road tunnel fire and a statistical analysis of more than90 highway tunnel fires is conducted,the research result is important for operational safety management.
