设备管理在制造执行系统中的设计与实现

摘要
随着科学技术的发展,制造业信息化的步子逐渐加快,制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)的应用越来越广泛。特别在制造业中,MES决定着企业生产环节的效率。本文针对实际应用,对离散行业的设备管理如何在MES中实现进行了研究,采用工作流技术实现设备管理模块,并结合实时调度算法,提高系统的实时性。
At present the development and application of MES(Manufacturing Execution System) are only for specific industries and have poor configurability, reconstructibily and scalability. To solve this problem, we analyzed and summarized the production process characteristics of the typical discrete industry and general hybrid industry, and then a production process model based on production process events and an events trigger rule are presented. Through configuring the properties of the event and trigger rules, can construct a model for typical discrete industry or general hybrid industry. It effectively improves the configurability, reconstructibily and scalability of MES. At last in this paper, we complete device management module by workflow, and combine with real-time scheduling algorithm to improve the system's real-time. Now the model has been applied to actual projects.
