基于RationalVue的影像测量仪轮廓度检测方法

摘要
为了提高涡轮盘榫型量规类工件的检测效率,保证检测数据的准确性,通过对影像测量仪RationalVue软件的编程应用,研究出运用软件模块功能采集生成曲线、坐标系建立旋转、导出与工件CAD理论模型型线比对的方式,实现榫型量规等工件轮廓度检测,快速精准的评价测量结果,提高了检测效率。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of a turbine type gauge type workpiece,to ensure the accuracy of the detection data,the development and application of RationalVul software of image measuring instrument is developed.The method of using software module function to collect and generate curves and coordinate system is established,which is used to set up the rotation,export and comparison with the CAD theory model of the workpiece.The contour detection of dowel type gauge workpiece is achieved,evaluation of measurement results is obtained quickly and accurately,which increases the detection efficiency.
