光活性离子液体表面活性剂溴化N-十二烷基异喹啉的缔合行为

摘要
离子液体表面活性剂,尤其是光、电、磁等刺激响应型离子液体表面活性剂,因同时具有表面活性剂和离子液体的性质,可望在催化、新材料制备、生物医药等领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文设计合成了一种光活性离子液体表面活性剂溴化N-十二烷基异喹啉,以表面张力法、动态光散射、~1H核磁共振、冷冻蚀刻电镜(FF-TEM)、荧光光谱等方法研究了溴化N-十二烷基异喹啉([C_(12)iQuin]Br)在磷酸盐缓冲液中缔合行为。结果表明,在表面活性剂浓度较低(表面活性剂分子形成的二聚体或多聚体。当表面活性剂浓度达到CMC(>2.3mM)以上时,[C_(12)iQuin]Br开始形成胶束,尺寸在2~4 nm之间,且随着表面活性剂浓度逐渐增加其尺寸几乎不变。FF-TEM表明[C_(12)iQuin]Br形成两种独特的聚集体,其具体的分子堆积模式尚需进一步表征。
The ionic liquid surfactants,especially those with the light,electrical and magnetic stimuli-response,have wide application in various fields,such as catalyst,new materials preparation,biomedicine and other fields.The unique properties arise from the complex of surfactants and ionic liquids.In the present work,the photoactive ionic liquid lauryl isoquinolinium bromide was synthesized.The aggregation behavior of the ionic liquid lauryl isoquinolinium bromide([C_(12)iQuin]Br) in PBS buffer solution have been investigated by using surface tension,dynamic light scattering(DLS),freeze-fracture transmission electron microscopy(FF-TEM),H nuclear magnetic resonance(H NMR) and fluorescence spectroscopy.It was found that the aggregates with the diameter between 140 nm and 200 nm were formed at the relatively low concentration(<2.3 mM),which can be attributed to the formation of dimmers or multi-monomers.When the concentration of surfactant is above CMC(>2.3 mM),micelles were formed with the size between 2 nm and 4 nm,and then the structure almost remains unchanged with the increasing of concentration(Fig.1).The above two aggregates were also observed by FF-TEM,which confirmed the DLS results.However,the molecular packing mode of the IL needs to be further investigated.
