聚氨酯表面活性剂的结构对WPUA乳液及膜性能影响

摘要
设计合成了3种聚氨酯表面活性剂(PUS),将此大分子表面活性剂用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的聚合,制备出3种不同乳胶粒结构的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液(WPUA)。对WPUA乳胶粒的粒径、粒子形貌和乳液黏度进行测试与表征,同时研究了WPUA膜的力学性能和物理老化行为。结果表明,PUS结构对水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液与膜性能的影响显著,以聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)合成的水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯,其乳液和膜的综合性能优良。
A series of waterborne polyurethane-acrylate(WPUA) were prepared with three different structure polyurethane surfactants.The emulsion was dried to give different structure films.The particle size,latex morphology were characterized,and Shear viscosity.Mechanical properties and physical aging behaviors of WPUA films were also investigated.The results show that variation of PUS structure has a significant influence on properties of WPUA latex and its film.Clear core-shell structure is achieved in PCDL-based WPUA,which exhibits the best comprehensive properties.
