微生物固定化载体的筛选及其对养殖废水处理效果初步研究

摘要
为得到吸附能力强、水质处理效果良好的微生物固定化载体,本实验研究了沸石(ZE)、火山石(VE)、陶环(CR)、核桃壳(WS)、牡蛎壳(OS)五种不同载体对蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)NY5株的负载性能以及水质指标的处理效果。结果表明,沸石和牡蛎壳对NY5的负载性能较好,负载量分别可达1.25×10~9 CFU/g和8.97×10~8CFU/g。以养殖废水作为空白对照,不同载体固定NY5对水质指标的影响表明,VE组和OS组分别在第14天和21天氨氮浓度较低,分别为0.27mg/L和0.37mg/L,较对照组分别降低46%和57%;在第7天时,VE组和CR组组硝酸盐氮浓度分别为0.027 mg/L和0.021 mg/L,较对照组分别降低88%和86%;WS组及OS组均在第14天总氮浓度最低(分别为1.31 mg/L、1.61 mg/L),比对照组分别降低48%和36%;VE组及OS组对COD的处理效果较好,其中VE组第35天COD浓度为29.31 mg/L,较对照组降低50%,OS组第7天时COD浓度为49.56 mg/L,较对照组降低27%。综合考虑载菌能力及水质处理效果,火山石和牡蛎壳是在养殖废水处理方面具备良好应用潜质的微生物固定化载体。
To obtain effective immobilized-microbe carriers with high adsorption capacity and effect for aquaculture wastewater treatment, we researched the adsorption capacities and effects for wastewater treatment of different immobilized Bacillus cereus(NY5 strain) carriers, including zeolite(ZE), vesuvianite(VE), ceramic ring(CR), walnut shell(WS) and oyster shell(OS). ZE and VE could adsorbed the most bacteria(1.25×10~9 CFU/g and 8.97×10~8 CFU/g respectively).Lower levels of NH3-N were observed in the VE(on the 14~(th) day, 0.27mg/L) and OS(on the 21 st day, 0.37mg/L) immobilizing NY5, and reduced by 46% and 57% compared with the control group respectively. Lower concentration of NO-3-N were observed in the VE group and CR group on 7~(th) day(0.027 mg/L and 0.021 mg/L, reduced by 88% and 86% respectively).
