早燃-超级爆燃调查方法及控制策略优化研究

摘要
采用标定后的爆燃信号监测发动机早燃-超级爆燃,并研究喷油和气门正时策略对早燃-超级爆燃的影响。试验结果表明喷油策略对早燃-超级爆燃和碳烟排放的影响规律基本相同。在一定的范围内,提前第一次喷油时刻,推迟第二次喷油时刻,并减小第二次喷油的比例可以减少早燃-超级爆燃。进气门提前开启、排气门滞后关闭,并适当加浓混合气,可使早燃-超级爆燃敏感性降低。优化后的策略能够在催化器温度不超的前提下显著改善发动机早燃-超级爆燃。
Calibrated knock signal can be used to monitor the pre- ignition and super knock,and to investigate the effect of fuel injection and valve time strategy on pre- ignition and super knock.The test results show:The effect of injection strategy on pre- ignition and super knock and soot emission have the same tendency.Pre-ignition and super knock frequency was reduced by advancing the first injection,retarding the second injection and reducing the fuel ratio of the second injection.Advancing the intake valve open timing,retarding the exhaust valve close timing and enriching the mixture gas can also reduce the pre- ignition and super knock.Pre- ignition and super knock Tendency was significantly improved by optimizing the fuel injection and valve timing strategy after considering the catalyst temperature.
