胶原降解物/三聚氰胺填料的制备

摘要
采用石灰在反应温度85~90℃下对废弃铬革屑进行脱铬、降解提取胶原降解物。将提取的胶原降解物与三聚氰胺及甲醛共缩聚制得胶原降解物/三聚氰胺树脂(CMR)作为一种皮革填充剂。碘量法测得CMR中游离甲醛含量为61 mg/kg;聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测得CMR的分子量大于26.6kD,分子量分布较宽;SEM可知CMR粉体平均粒径明显增大,但仍保持胶原降解物原有的缔合形貌;电位分析及纳米粒度仪证实CMR水分散液等电点为pH4~5,平均粒径约为125 nm。
In the experiment,wasted chrome leather scraps were degraded by lime to removing chromium and extracting collagen at 85~90 ℃.As a leather filler,the degraded collagen/melamine resin was prepared by extracted degraded collagen,melamine and formaldehyde.And the free formaldehyde content of CMR was 61 mg/kg tested by iodine volume method;the molecular weight of CMR is over 26.6 kD,and present a broad molecular weight distribution measured by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis;the average particle size observed by SEM become significantly large,but still keep the original association morphology of degraded collagen;the isoelectric point of CMR aqueous dispersions was pH 4~5,the average particle size was about 125 nm.
