水泥的使用性能与控制

摘要
综合论述了水泥产品在不同工程的应用以及不同工程应用对混凝土性能的要求,探讨了显著影响混凝土性能的水泥质量因素、不同工程应用对水泥使用性能的要求及相应的分析测试方法。水泥使用性能是一个比较宽泛的概念,简言之指水泥用于砂浆或混凝土过程中被感知的性能。针对水泥使用性能的分析检测,可分为直接法和间接法;前者是直接测定或模拟测定混凝土或砂浆的相关性能,后者是针对影响混凝土或砂浆性能的水泥质量参数进行测定,例如水泥组分、矿物组成、可溶性碱含量、石膏脱水率等。分析表明,提高水泥的使用性能、使水泥产品适应实际工程需要,是促进水泥质量提升、保持产品竞争力、实现产品升级或创新的关键途径。
This paper summarized different applications of the cement,technical requirements to the cement in different applications,and then discussed factors of the cement which are really impacting properties of the concrete or mortar,by which the concept of cement usage qualities and the methods how to measure different usage qualities of the cement had been introduced.Simply speaking,cement usage qualities are those properties in the concrete or mortar which are impacted by the cement significantly.Methods to measure cement usage qualities could be divided into direct methods and indirect methods.Direct methods are normally to test those properties of concrete,or simulate similar tests directly on pure paste and/or modified mortar.For indirect methods,it's to determine physical / chemical parameters of the cement or usage quality parameters such as cement compositions,mineral compositions,soluble alkalis and hemihydrates in the cement.In depth knowledge of cement applications,mastery of Cement Usage Qualities are key levers to improve,extend cement quality,to increase product competition,and to accelerate new & innovative products development.
