摘要

电磁风扇离合器的控制机理与硅油风扇离合器相比有很多优点。但是装配电磁风扇离合器后,其对整车的性能与成本有何影响?本文重点进行了整车状态下两种离合器风扇的对比评价研究,详细分析了整车试验的工况选取,并提出了两种离合器风扇的试验评价方法。
According to the designing requirements of auxiliary braking performance of commercial vehicle,this paper focuses on the evaluation method of commercial vehicle auxiliary braking test such as the deceleration test,the downhill test,the maximum braking capacity test and the mountain reliability test and so on,and proposes the evaluation method of commercial vehicle auxiliary braking test systematically.At the same time,this paper researches the commercial vehicle auxiliary braking performance in detail combining with specific test projects.
