摘要
核桃楸为胡桃科胡桃属落叶乔木,主要分布于我国东北地区如小兴安岭、长白山区及辽东一带,核桃楸皮作其树皮具有十分广泛的药用价值,属于东北道地药材。核桃楸皮富含醌类化合物(胡桃醌)、黄酮类化合物(槲皮素)、多糖类、苷类化合物以及挥发油等活性成分,国内外相关研究表明其具有抑制肿瘤生长、抗氧化、抑菌、镇静、消炎、免疫调节等诸多生理功能,能够清除自由基、辅助细胞修复。对核桃树皮所含有的活性成分理化性质及和药物作用机理的深入研究,有利于天然药用资源的充分利用、开发新的药物。本文结合近年来国内外对核桃楸皮的研究重点,综合叙述了核桃楸皮中所合有的各类典型活性成分及其药理作用的研究情况,对核桃楸皮研究过程中可能产生的问题进行了分析,并对其未来研究及应用方向进行了展望。
Juglans mandshurica,the Juglans mandshurica Maxim deciduous trees of Juglandaceae,which is mainly distributed in the northeast of China such as XiaoHingganMountains,Changbai Mountain Area and the Liaodong area.The stem-barks of J.mandshurica has a very wide range of medical value belongs to the northeast of genuine medicinal materialsand contains quinones(juglone),flavonoids(quercetin),polyphenols,glycosides,volatile oils and else.Related research at home and abroad show that The extracts from thestem-barks has antitumor,antioxidant,antibacterial,sedation,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,and many physiological functions,which can clear free radicals,auxiliary cell repair and so on.Combined withthe bark of J.mandshurica researchfocus in recent years,this paper describes all kinds of typical active ingredients and pharmacological effects of stem-bark and its pharmacologically characterized,then analysis the bark of J.mandshuricain the course of the study.And at the same time,carry on the forecast to the future directions of the research and application of it.
