咪唑啉季铵盐对碳钢CO_2腐蚀的缓蚀作用

摘要
合成了2-十七烯基-N-氨乙基-N-苯甲基咪唑啉季铵盐(简称HABQIm)。通过动电位极化法和电化学阻抗法,结合扫描电镜(SEM)形貌分析,研究了其在CO_2饱和5%NaCl溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀作用。结果显示,HABQIm是一种阳极型缓蚀剂,40℃时缓蚀剂的加入量为200 mg·L~(-1)时,缓蚀效率达93.54%。
An imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,2-hetadecenyl-N-aminoethy-N-benzyl quaternary imidazoline(HABQIm) was synthesized in this paper.The corrosion inhibition performances and behaviors of imidazoline derivative on carbon steel were investigated in CO_2-saturated 5%NaCl solution using potentiodynamic polarization measurements,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) measurements and scanning electron microscope measurements.The results indicated that the imidazoline derivative is an anodic corrosion inhibitor.Added to200 mg · L~(-1),the highest inhibition efficiency was 93.54%at 40 ℃.
