多潘立酮及铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床分析

摘要
目的:研究分析多潘立酮以及铝碳酸镁在胆汁反流性胃炎治疗领域中的临床应用价值。方法:选取本诊所自2012年5月至2014年8月间曾收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者120例,按照随机分组对照的原则将本组患者随机分成三组,甲组的患者采用多潘立酮(西安杨森制药,以下均同)进行治疗,乙组的患者则采用铝碳酸镁(德国拜耳制药生产,以下均同)治疗,丙组患者则采用多潘立酮联合铝碳酸镁急性治疗,后对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:三组患者均较治疗前症状明显改善,比较三组患者的临床总有效率发现,丙组较前两组总有效率高,差异具有显著性,(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:研究表明,多潘立酮及铝碳酸镁对于胆汁反流性胃炎具有一定的治疗效果,并且将两种药物联合应用临床疗效更佳。
Objective: To study the analysis of domperidone and clinical application value hydrotalcid bile reflux gastritis. METHODS: Bile reflux gastritis our clinic since between May 2012 to August 2014 had treated 120 cases, according to the principle of randomized controlled will be this group of patients were randomly divided into three groups of patients Group A using domperidone( Xian-Janssen Pharmaceutical, the following are the same) for treatment, the patient group B of the aluminum magnesium carbonate(Bayer pharmaceutical production, the following are the same) treatment, patients in Group C is used domperidone Hydrotalcid acute treatment, after comparative analysis of the two groups clinical patient outcomes. Results: Three groups of patients than beforetreatment significantly improved symptoms, with a total of three groups of patients in clinical comparative effectiveness found in Group C, the total effective rate over the previous two groups, thedifference was significant,(P <0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion: This study showed that domperidone and hydrotalcid for bile reflux gastritis has a therapeutic effect, and the clinicalefficacy of the two drugs in combination better.
