聚苯乙烯类多孔材料吸附卷烟主流烟气中氰化氢和氨影响因素分析

摘要
通过对中性聚苯乙烯多孔树脂吸附卷烟主流烟气中氰化氢和氨的结果进行分析,从比表面积,平均孔径,孔容和粒径等方面考察了物理吸附的主要影响因素和规律;通过对聚苯乙烯树脂孔结构表面分别进行碱性和酸性基团改性,从官能团种类、数量等方面考察了化学吸附的主要影响因素和规律。结果表明:对于氰化氢为代表的主要分布在烟气气相中的物质,多孔材料物理吸附效果的影响因素为比表面积>孔径>孔容、粒径,化学吸附的效果取决于孔结构内部官能团的种类和数量;而对于氨为代表的主要分布在烟气粒相中的物质,多孔结构对其吸附效果一般,经过表面化学改性后的提升也不显著。
Through analysis of results fromthe adsorption of hydrogen cyanide and ammonia in cigarette mainstream smokeby neutral polystyrene porous resin, main effecting factors and law of physical adsorption were studiedsuch as surface area, average pore diameter, pore volume and particle diameter, etc; through chemical modification of polystyrene resin hole structure surface by alkaline and acid functional groupsrespectively, main effect factors and law ofchemical adsorption were studied including functional groups type and numbers.The results showed that:for substances such as hydrogen cyanide which mainly distributes in the gas phase of cigarette mainstream smoke,the physical adsorption effecting factors are surface area >pore diameter> pore volume and particle size. The chemical adsorption depends on type and number of internal functional groups inporous structure. For substances such as ammoniawhich mainly distributes in the particle phase of cigarette mainstream smoke,the porous structure doesn't showsignificant adsorption effect even after surface chemical modification.,
