近年来随着互联网的普及,人们获取信息与表达意见的渠道更为便捷与自由。这也导致了网络群体性事件的频繁发生,网络集群性攻击问题开始引起研究者的关注与重视。目前,关于网络集群攻击事件的研究大都停留在对网络集群攻击事件个案的描述或对网民言论和意见的笼统概括,难以揭示网络集群攻击事件发生发展的动态过程与形成机制。本研究采用网络事件情境模拟法,通过随机选取的299名大学生为被试考察了群体相对剥夺、群体认同、群体愤怒情绪和群体效能感等变量的关系及其对网络集群攻击行为的影响机制。结果发现:(1)群体相对剥夺感与群体认同、群体愤怒情绪、网络集群攻击行为意向以及网络集群攻击行为之间存在显著的正相关,且群体愤怒情绪与网络集群攻击行为意向、网络集群攻击行为之间存在显著正相关;(2)群体愤怒情绪在群体相对剥夺感和网络集群攻击行为意向之间具有完全中介作用,而群体效能感在群体相对剥夺和网络集群攻击行为意向之间具有部分中介作用;(3)群体愤怒情绪在群体相对剥夺和网络集群攻击行为之间具有部分中介作用,并且这个中介作用受到了群体认同的调节;(4)网络集群攻击行为意向在群体相对剥夺与网络集群攻击行为之间具有部分中介作用。综上,群体相对剥夺感作为背景性变量,通过群体愤怒情绪和群体效能感两条路径影响网络集群攻击行为意向,并通过集群攻击行为意向进一步预测网络集群攻击行为的发生,而群体愤怒情绪对群体相对剥夺与网络集群攻击意向的中介作用则受到群体认同程度的调节。
With the popularity of the Internet, the channels by which people access to information and express their viewpoints are more convenient and free in recent years. It leads to frequent occurrence of cyber group events, and researchers pay more and more attention to cyber collective and aggressive behaviors. However, studies on cyber collective and aggressive events mostly stays in the description of the cases or the general summary of antigens' expressions and opinions. So, it's hard to reveal the dynamic processes and the occurrence mechanism of cyber collective and aggressive events. This study randomly selected 299 university students to investigate variables associated with group relative deprivation, social identity, group-based anger, group efficacy and so on, and explored the mechanism of their impacts on cyber collective and aggressive behavior. The results were as follows:(1) There was a significant positive correlation between group relative deprivation and group identity, group-based anger, cyber collective, aggressive behavior intention, cyber collective and aggressive behavior. There was also a significant positive correlation between group-based anger, cyber collective, aggressive behavior intention, cyber collective and aggressive behavior.(2) Group-based anger completely mediated the relationship between group relative deprivation, cyber collective and aggressive behavior intention. Group efficacy partially mediated the relationship between group relative deprivation, cyber collective and aggressive behavior intention.(3) Group-based anger partially mediated the relationship between group relative deprivation, cyber collective and aggressive behavior, and group identity played as an intermediary role.(4) Cyber collective and aggressive behavior intention partially mediated the relationship between group relative deprivation, cyber collective and aggressive behavior. To sum up, group relative deprivation as a background variable, affects the cyber collective and aggressive behavior intention through two paths which are group-based anger and group efficacy. It also further predicts the occurrence of cyber collective and aggressive behavior via the collective and aggressive behavior intention. Nevertheless, the mediating role of group-based anger between group relative deprivation and cyber collective and aggressive behavior is adjusting by the group identity.
