基于全局DEA的中国海水养殖业绿色技术效率时空演化分析

摘要
本文在对绿色技术效率进行界定的基础上,运用全局DEA模型,以沿海省份2003—2014年的数据为样本,从时间、空间两个角度对我国海水养殖业的绿色效率进行了综合分析。研究发现,从时间角度,我国海水养殖业绿色技术效率在2003—2007年间平稳波动,自2008年起有显著提升;从空间角度,我国海水养殖业绿色技术效率发展不均衡,海南省效率最高,河北省最低,差异明显;样本期内环渤海经济圈的绿色技术效率上升明显,东海经济圈效率发展平缓,南海经济圈的效率波动较大。
Based on the definition of the green technical efficiency,the data of China's coastal provinces from2003 to 2014 is selected as sample and green technical efficiency of mariculture is analyzed by utilizing global DEA both in time and space.As a result,from the temporal evolution angle,China' s mariculture green technical efficiency fluctuates smoothly in the period 2003—2007 and increases significantly from2008.Meanwhile,from the spatial angle,the efficiency levels in disparate area are obviously different.The efficiency of Hainan is highest,and Hebei's efficiency is at the bottom of the list.The efficiency in Bohai Rim economic circle increases very rapidly,and the efficiency in East Sea economic circle moves smoothly,while the efficiency in South Sea economic circle fluctuates largely.
