铁路售票组织策略探讨

摘要
近年来,我国铁路建设取得突飞猛进的发展,客运专线建设取得重大成就,高速动车组开始承担我国铁路客运的主力作用。新时期,铁路面临的市场竞争也越来越大,铁路新线建设虽然取得重大进展,铁路能力取得巨大增长,但是与旅客需求相比仍有相当差距,如何将有限的资源有效地利用起来,是一个复杂的系统工程。当前环境下,售票组织策略的重要性日益凸显。目前,票额预分在一部分路局试点,取得明显效益,同时也存在一些需要完善的地方,本文介绍了票额预分的市场背景、基本概念、技术基础以及下一步发展方向的探讨,以期抛砖引玉,集思广益,使得铁路售票组织策略更好地适应市场需求,为铁路客运市场化改革做出更大贡献。
In recent years,China's railway construction develops in a rapid way,the construction of railway line for passenger traffic has made great achievements,and high-speed trainbegin to play a main role of Chinese railway transportation.In the new period,the competition that the railway facing is more and more fierce.At the same time,although newly-built railway construction has made a significant progress,the capacity of the railway has a tremendous growth,but there is still a considerable gap compared with the demand of passenger transport.Using the limited resources effectively is a complex systematic engineering.In the current environment,the importance of ticketing organization strategy becomes more and more important.At present,experiments of seat pre-distribution have been made in several Place Railroad Bureau,which prove evident benefit,but there are also many aspects to be improved.This paper introduces the market background,basic concept,technique foundation and the development direction of the seat pre-distribution.The author hopes that he can casta brick to attract jade,andmaketherailway ticketing organization strategy which is necessary forthe market-oriented reformof railway passenger transportation,more closer to the actual passeger's requirement.
