摘要

在激烈的市场经济环境中,随着国企改革的逐步推进,国有企业经营中面临的财务风险呈复杂化上升趋势,国有企业处于面临市场需求萎缩、部分成本上升的特殊时期。能否有效有效的防范和控制国有企业的财务风险,直接关系到国有企业能否正常持续的经营以及未来的发展。本文通过研究国有企业财务风险存在原因,并提出有效的防范策略来降低风险。
In the fierce market environment,enterprises operating in face of financial risk was complicated by an upward trend, With the gradual advance of reform for state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises are in the special period facing with shrinking market demand,cost rises. Whether the state-owned enterprise can effectively prevent and control the financial risk, directly related to the state-owned enterprise's normal continuous operation and future development.This paper studies the reasons for the existence of state-owned enterprise financial risk and put forward effective prevention strategies to reduce the risk.
