光纤陀螺环圈胶体对陀螺长期可靠性影响研究

摘要
介绍了光纤陀螺在长期存储和高低温循环后标度因数重复性超差问题,指出了光纤环圈胶体对光纤陀螺长期可靠性影响的重要性。基于高分子黏弹特性及时温等效模型,分析了光纤陀螺环圈胶体性能参数对陀螺标度因数长期稳定性影响机理。设计了光纤陀螺环圈胶体影响分离试验,搭建了影响因素分离测试系统,并给出标度影响实验结果。结果表明,环圈胶体参数是影响陀螺长期可靠性的重要因素,通过优化胶体玻璃化转变温度、模量以及线胀系数等工艺参数可以显著改善陀螺长期可靠性。
The invalidation of Fiber-Optic-Gyro Scale Factor(FOGSF) is introduced after its thermal aging or long time storage. The resin to size the fiber coil is an important factor which affects the FOGSF on its long time performance. Analysis of FOGSF stability is introduced based on time-temperature equivalent principle. Results of the resin factor are obtained by an experimental setup. The FOGSF performance can improved by optimizing the resin parameters including glass transformation temperature, modulus and expansion coefficient.
